Most builders can’t read and understand the drawing below. Over 95% of the truss drawings are incomplete or just wrong.
This truss was detailed on our plans however the truss manufacturer missed our details!

If the truss were shipped to the job as shown the project would have been delayed by about two weeks waiting for the correct truss to be redelivered. That is if someone discovered the problem. The problem could be compounded if the truss were installed. The entire roof would need to be dismantled and the correct truss installed.
