VBCOA is “Virginia Building and Code Officials Association” is a statewide organization of building safety professionals. Typically building officials, inspectors and others having to enforce and write the building and safety codes.
We are members of this association to help us keep up with the buildings codes and to get to know the people enforcing them. The building officials and inspectors are always the ones whom know the correct answers.
